What was the issue:

What was the issue: The customer contacted us as their garage roof was leaking, the garage was directly joined onto the neighbours and they at this time, did not wish to have their roof replaced. Due to the age of the roof and rapid snowfall the leak had gotten more serious during this winter.

How we resolved it:

As with a standard single garage install, we installed full length, bespoke, made to measure Plastisol coated Steel sheets in the colour of Merlin Grey. The roof is insulated with cladding insulation prior to sheeting, to prevent any condensation and make the property more energy efficient, keeping it warmer in winter. The roof was boxed in with white flashings, using a bespoke made adjoining flashing on the side meeting the neighbour’s property. This gives the garage a modern and fresh look, while ensuring your neighbours roof won’t cause damage to your property.
