This was a summer house apex roof, the customer had concerns regarding the life span of the existing felt roof, which had begun showing signs of failure, in this case with a dip in the roof. The building being a garden room, was used regularly and the customer wanted to ensure the contents inside would not be damaged.
How we resolved it:
The system installed was our Apex Metal Overcladding system, with Terracotta plastisol coated steel sheets, full length, bespoke and made to measure, with a plastisol coated steel ridge cap fitted to the top of the roof. Lastly the roof was framed in with a Terracotta flashing finish to give the Summer House a fresh look and prevent leaks.
