Double Garage Metal Overcladding | Greenock, Renfrewshire

What was the issue:

This is a standard size double garage, the roof had water ingress in multiple areas, due to the existing asbestos roof having multiple cracks and overlapping roof sheets on a low pitch. This leaking roof prevented the owners from being able to utilise the structure properly, for storage, car parking and even converting the building to a useable space

How we resolved it:

The system installed was our Metal Overcladding system, with white plastisol steel sheets, full length, bespoke and made to measure, preventing overlapping. The sheets are coated to prevent wear and tear damage from the Scottish weather. Lastly the roof was boxed in with a white flashing finish to give the garage a fresh look and prevent further leaks.
