Single Garage Metal Overcladding | Wishaw, Lanarkshire

What was the issue:

The existing roof on this garage, was an Asbestos roof, it is one of the most common types of garage roof. While it wasn’t posing any current threat to the homeowners, the roof was worn and had begun to leak.

How we resolved it:

The system installed was our Metal Overcladding system, this gives the roof both a cosmetically fresh look and prevents water from entering the property. The roof is sheeted over with bespoke made to measure Plastisol Coated Steel roof sheets and finished with white plastisol coated steel flashings, to box the roof in and match the Garage door.

The roof no longer leaks, and the building looks much newer.
